Anyone lease space in a commercial kitchen? How much have to pay?

I want to bake breads and sell them but don't have a commercial kitchen. I've heard some people have leased space in commercial kitchens but haven't any idea what I should offer to pay or may be expected to pay

I ama former chef and worked for a free lance cater once, and she used to use church halls, service clubs and schools kitchens, alot depends on the operation and some restaurant will let you do it late at night after the service is done or early in the morning, for bread, you might look to a late night or early morning opportunity.

Call around to the places I mentioned, as for cost, they will likely charge by the hour and you will have to have a vendors permit to sell retail products, for them to be able to let you use there facilities.
