I am currently renting and recently asked to be moved into a larger apartment in my building. The apartment is beautiful except for the kitchen. The kitchen looks out of the 70's. It has a harvest gold stove and refrigerator. Along with dark brown cabinets. How do i decorate my kitchen to make it look decent with these horrible colors?

change the floor
change all the accessories
hang wall art
new rug
new curtains
new washing up bowl

You could use olive green,shades of rust or orange and browns. Go Retro with it.Maybe buy a table from the 70′s and some wall art.Retro is making a come back and you will be in style
Many things from the 70s seem to be making a comeback so I don’t think you should rush to change anything just yet. Why spend money and do a lot of work when you might not need to do so.
